Centric Fitness Club is small group classes with a one-on-one feel.

Let yourself be motivated by the group aspect, but you will never go unnoticed in the intimate setting.

Every session has a hybrid of strength training and cardio. 

Every day is full-body and different. From our varying intensities, tempos, mobility and dynamic movements, Centric Fitness Club stimulates program success! 

 We track certain metrics so you can see personal trackable progress each week and month, and year!

Every session starts with a 15-20 minute STRENGTH block-- the focus is on finding your desirable weight with the rep counts. 

 

The next 20-30 minutes of class is CARDIO driven. Your heart and lung capacity will be challenged to new levels-- ultimately giving you the most our of each workout. 

We are not just weight lifting. We are not just randomizing workouts. Centric Fitness Club values lifting weights and moving diversely from the core out! 

  

We focus on:  tempos, mobility, single limb , explosive and functional exercises that are seeking optimally strong bodies! 

FIRST TIME?

We ask that you come in  10-15 minutes before class to meet your coach, get familiar with our equipment, to you feel comfortable in your first Centric Fitness Club class!
